Los Angeles Fire Resources
Taboos has been postponed to March due to the tragic and ongoing impacts of the Los Angeles wildfires.
With heavy hearts, we witnessed the suffering and destruction of the city we se so dearly love—a city many of us know as home. As a result, the first two months of this year were consumed by prayers of safety, plans for reconstruction, and support among the people, places, and pets of our beloved LA. Despite the full containment of the fires by now, the process of recovery has barely just begun.
To better utilize the Porcelain World platform in light of the needs of our community, we decided to use this space as a resource for victims who have not reached their fundraising goals and as a way for those wondering how they can help restore the beauty and joy of our city.
We've compiled a list of mutual aid efforts that have yet to reach their goals, pro bono mental health resources for victims of the fires, and government housing resources.
